Been going to mikes bootcamp for a couple years now! I used to hate working out and now I can’t go a week without bootcamp! Mike is an amazing coach, he’s built an awesome community that makes everyone feel welcome and become the best version of themselves! 10/10 recommend ?

I returned to Veloz boxing for a full body transformation! I am so excited to be back! The way that he trains incorporating, weights, boxing, plyometrics, works your entire body. I especially appreciated that he is mindful of my prior injuries to make sure I strengthen the muscles around that area and avoiding future injuries. There is an app to include meal plans, extra workouts to do while not training and the calendar with your training schedule. He gives you instructions through messages that prep you for home workouts. Veloz gives you guidance through the entire process to maximize your results!

I’ve always enjoyed boxing since i was a kid but was nervous to try it out. Now i have been doing it for a few years and dont want to give it up. I have noticed ive been healthier and in better shape thanks to mike he is the best trainer. If you are on the fence to try something like this out just try it out you wont regret it

I'm not the type to go to a planet fitness or any chain fitness centers, I like a challenge and to feel like I'm part of a community and at Mike's gym that is exactly what I feel. I feel at home
