My teenage son went to Teknique this morning for a trial class, and he loved it! The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, which was nice, because my son can be a little shy at first. We immediately signed him up for a membership after class, with a woman named Olivia who called me to see how the class had gone! Olivia was so friendly, patient, and communicative while getting my son signed up with Teknique. Olivia also told me that there's a new app for Teknique, which is a great bonus, and so helpful to know. We are glad we found this gym, and excited to be members! The price is fair, and you get a small discount if you sign up for a membership the same day as your free class, and the discounted price is recurring! The location is a little tricky at first, but that wasn't even an issue really because the woman on the phone who I called directed me flawlessly. Highly recommend this facility to anyone exploring boxing!

My 14 year old daughter loved the trial class so she is now signed up. Coach is excellent, definitely knows form. As a former VERY FORM CONSCIOUS fitness coach/instructor, I am pretty critical and was very pleased. Excited to finally have an athletic activity for my daughter!!

Love this gym and the coaches! It doesn’t matter if you're trying to become a professional boxer or just trying to get in shape. These coaches know how to train at any experience level and really love what they do. Classes are a lot of fun despite how tough they are!
