I am going through child custody and I decided to use this clinic to receive an a Alcohol Evaluation, I paid for out of pocket. I won't mention any names, but after my assessment I called and reached out MANY times to their office inquiring about when I would receive my final assessment (so I could give to my lawyer). I was constantly ignored and wasn't understanding why? Then, it occurred to me WHY. I was calling the evaluatior "she" because she appeared to me to be a "she" and I didn't refer to my evaluator by "her" preferred pronoun "him". Given that behavior alone it was ABSOLUTELY childish and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility based on my personal experience. iwould bet if they had the chance they would relatitate in an even more unprofessional manner.

I scheduled an appointment for intake 3 weeks in advance. They failed to tell me that they messed up my insurance billing and tried to get me to pay $110 just to be seen. They never once called to tell me anything was wrong. How hard is it to call a local number to confirm if someone has insurance. Literally a joke!

Ceria, 5 stars, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ , when you deb can't keep councilors at the Hagerstown location, and those who have been in the group for awhile have stepped up and helped many out , and you don't even give them a thank you or great job , I give you 0 stars , and when you allow adawn act very unprofessional and was asked to leave cuz she favored a client who was a disruption to group and those who tried to help her , and she acted the way she did , very unprofessional, and then have me discharged cuz of her actions, this is why I wrote a review, and I'm writing this review, cuz you didn't listen to the problem. So dawn needs to be dismissed as a counselor, she disrupted the hole group, by putting this matter in front of the hole group when it should have been don't 1 on 1 matter, this matter isn't over , till dawn is removed, such as FIRED , she almost caused everyone to leave there today, my goal will to have her removed and I won't stop till she does. If needed this can reach the court system,that is if you want it to, so I'm calling for dawn to be removed or I'll contact my lawyer about it, your choice, I've got text to show how the owner cares aboutyo nd addictions. Tim your right all they care about is the money. This place is a joke. They have no integrity and should be shut down. They could care less about rehabilitating anyone. There only concern is making money. They love court ordered drug assessments and will threaten to have you locked up if you do not adhere to their false assessments. Don't believe they have that kind of power because they don't. Just go to another facility and get another assessment or don't waste any money going here at all.If you do have a problem gsomeplace that really wants to help people. This place is not it.
