I've been lucky enough to have Coach Lucky in my life for a few years now. He's helped me through foot surgery and a ski accident, modifying everything to help me rehab and get back to me.

This is the best boxing gym in Colorado, but it's so much more than just a boxing gym. They truly care about each individual person that walks through that door. You can see that just in this review section - not only does everyone love them, but the owner has responded in kind to EVERY reviewer... Sometimes it's the little things that set you apart.

Best part is the community and seeing everyone’s progression over time. Owners and coaches are legit and passionate about boxing. Coach Chris constantly pushes me to be a better and stronger version of myself. Definitely blessed to train here with top notch people.

Whether you are looking to compete or reach your fitness goals Sena Boxing is the best gym you are going to find in the Denver area. I was looking for a new boxing gym after moving from Phoenix and found this gym about 8 months ago. Since then it has become my new home. From the owners (Tay and Jenny), members, and the coaching staff everyone there will make you feel welcome. This gym is free of egos, clean, and well maintained. This gym offers classes, 1on1 training, great sparring, and best of all you will become a better fighter and improve your fitness. This is a real boxing gym with a great sense of community.

I Been to few gyms here and others major city’s, but nothing like this, the owner Taylor hi really cares for the people, Hi treated like a family, that’s amazing. Definitely I recommend it, not just because they guy is cool, is because hi cares for the well being of the people.
