Training with Sandrine is the best thing! She has a world of experience and knowledge that reaches way beyond Pilates, and this combined with her amazing energy and immense patience makes for a first class course. TRAINING WITH SANDRINE IS AMAAAAZING!!!
From the first moment I had contact with Sandrine, I knew she was the teacher and mentor for me! Her energy, knowledge and experience is boundless. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
Initially, I only did my Mat Pilates training with her in October 2022 in a 1:1 setting at their idyllic home in Southern Spain. The process from our first chat to arriving for the course to completing the training went very smooth.
Each day of the course was well planned, there were multiple opportunities to self-study and to practice. And Sandrine insisted on me teaching clients immediately to practice on real people, so she enlisted her clients, neighbours and even sometimes her older teenagers to come for a session with me. It was nerve-racking but also so beneficial start straight away.
Sandrine and her husband Brendan are very generous and fun people who opened their home to me, they cooked lovely (vegan) meals and we even manage to go to Malaga to explore the city for a bit of fun.
The experience was so great, that there was no question who I would go to when it was time to get Equipment certified... so in February this year I returned to Sandrine snd it was as brilliant if not better than the first course!!

Sandrine's Pilates is a fantastic place to train to become an internationally certified Pilates Instructor. I chose it because it was a 1-1 model which I really liked. I had completed my mat Certification with her and then went out to Malaga to become certified in the large equipment like reformer, chair, Cadillac. All the focus was on me and Sandrine was able to go over and repeat things as many times as I needed. The studio and setting are lovely and Sandrine puts you at ease and is a fantastic enthusiastic instructor. I was practising teaching various people quite quickly which built up my confidence and meant that Sandrine could correct me and ask me questions when it was necessary . I am a practical learner, so without the hands on approach I don't think I would have felt confident in signing up for a training course.I was also looking for an internationally recognised certification. Putting into practise what I had learnt earlier in the day was vital for me. The environment is serene and Sandrines hospitality is top! I had delicious healthy fresh food which toped it off .

I would highly recommend Sandrine for Pilates. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain why you are doing certain moves and how it helps your body. She makes you feel very at ease but knows when to challenge you as well as making exercise fun. I love her classes
