I've been to maybe 30 gym so I've met a lot of students and coaches. Everyone learns differently and bonds with specific people but the main grappling and striking coaches I've met here are very helpful humble and patient, the students are willing and kind. I think everyone for the most part has a willingness to learn and improve which reflects a lot on management and teachers. It's a hole in the wall I never even knew existed and I've driven past them several times a week for about 17 years of my life. I'm very glad I found them. I learn very carefully so I'm glad I found people who strive to be precise with their technique. They're also very patient with me and willing to work with what I have or lack of, I think this gym has been very compatible so far. I'm very thankful I'm gonna try my best.

Been training at ONE Academy for 3 years and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. The coaches and students are very supportive and helpful and everyone helps each other grow and progress. This gym is very family oriented and offers a whole plethora of classes to add to your arsenal, even if you don't want to compete but love what you do and want to get in shape, this gym is for you! One Academy is probably one of the most welcoming gyms I've been to. Friendly staff, a timely schedule and what's most important to me is the quality of training we receive. Even in big classes, the coaches will individualize lessons to help suit different people. I highly recommend this home base to anyone at ANY skill level.

Excellent training from knowledgeable staff. They are very patient with my 2 daughters (5 and 7) and they take the time to make sure they understand the technique and not just go through the motions. Can't speak highly enough!

Since day one it has been at great experience.
Great attentive coaches for first timers to experienced wrestlers of all levels. Amazing for those interested in traveling competitions or just to keep your kid active.
We go here year around and have see a huge progress in just two years!
They support all types of athletes although we only have ours in wresting.
Easy assessable location and they support girls and women in all sports!

Don’t forget you can get a workout in while your kids train!!!

Really pumped to have my son join Ohana! He’s brand new to all of this. They have several programs to choose from and it’s a great place for all levels. The coaches and staff are experienced and connect great with both the kids and parents. Looking forward to watching my son grow and learn.

Yeah, that place is great too. I’ve known the owner for many years and he is excellent. He has made an amazing place for a community of men, women, and children to train in a variety of fight sports: jiu-jitsu, no-gi grappling, muy thai, and wrestling.
