This place is great. My 11 year old comes here and he has learned so much. All the instructors are patient and helpful. He’s more confident. Quicker. Hits faster and harder. They are refining him and the energy there is real. They got him moving and out of his video games. They teach and motivate him. I recommend it.

I started training here a little over a month ago. I started boxing at a time in my life when I hit rock bottom. This boxing gym saved my LIFE! Every coach is extremely supportive and helpful. Coach JC has great knowledge and coaching skills that can help you achieve any boxing goal you may desire. I highly recommend giving this gym a chance and signing up. It’s a supportive environment and a great place to work hard while having a lot of fun.

I trained with J C in Dallas last month. Phenominal coach, great great dude! Its unfortunate that I don’t live there anymore so I can’t keep training with him but I had an amazing experience there and I learned a lot. One of my best experiences in Dallas to be honest. Dallas was meh but J C is awesome.

After my second session I can truly say this a place you want to be at! I've never put on gloves or anything of that nature but all the coaches provide amazing insight on technique and footwork. Be ready for a great workout and learning experience! The positivity and teamwork in the gym is amazing!
