This facility is very unprofessional. Whenever you reach the Front Desk by phone there more concerned about how you got there number than what you need help with. I've been hung up on multiple times while attempting to switch from once weekly visits for medication too the Shot every 3 months. There trying their hardest too keep me coming in weekly for whatever sinister reason, probably kick backs. Front Desk tells me too call the call center & the call center tells me to reach the front desk. So much anxiety here. I'm debating on leaving this facility ASAP.

I can’t thank the staff here enough!. They helped my dad so much. They got him seen the same day I called to make a new patient appointment for him. They were so kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Dirty outdated officeand equipment ( oral thermometers) cookie cutter treatment, doesn’t really listen or explain treatment plan or fees. Charged $190 out of pocket with insurance for new patient. And expected to return in 5 days. No return call for concerns about scripts. They don’t accept incoming calls at office I heard receptionist explain to another patient who wasn’t able to get meds refilled for four days. All calls go to a call center in Washington state. I came with an already treatment plan in place from a different facility in florida ( 2 months into treatment) yet was prescribed 5 scripts most related to withdrawal and not what I already know works. I was advised by my primary care not to use one of the meds after I couldn’t get a callback from this place to discuss my concerns. Attached picture of waiting area. Not enough room here to list all reasons for negative review, you might as well do online telemedicine from home, because that’s exactly what you get here since nurse practitioner works from home a nurses aide takes your info and vitals and then you’re put in a room with a screen to have a telemedicine appt with a nurse practitioner read employee reviews on indeed

The staff is amazing and are the nicest group of people I have dealt with in any office around the area. They do there job correctly and quickly. And even though they have people give them a hard time for doing the job they are suppose to do they still keep a smile on there face. I enjoy coming in to every appointment because of it. I can only give them 5 stars but if I could I would give them 100 ⭐️’s if I could ?. Thank you Hagerstown Ideal Options!!

Nothing bad to say about the staff that work there. All very friendly professional Caring personable... should have given them a 4* rating simply for the fact the [24] hour WAIT TIME for your scripts to be sent thru is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen, and cruel to do to addicts in recovery.....That being said. 1 BAD APPLE. Shouldn’t spoil the bunch’s So the STAFF there deserve a five star rating ...GOOD thing there’s not reviews on the prescription department !!!

Everyday is lots of smiles and laughter. I love being part of a team that strives to make a positive difference and change in others lives. I can not express enough how proud I am of each and every patient that walks into our clinic, you guys have made the first and hardest step to a better future. The people who work here, are great. Doctors are nice, most of the time, as long as you do what you're supposed to do. The only thing is, sometimes it's a really long wait. And you have to be seen, at least, twice a month. But they're very nice here and try to help you, as much as they can. No judgement or rudeness here.
