The rooms are clean and big.
The location is great. You can take a bus at the corner.
However some things could be much better, the rooms are too loud.
The breakfast area is a disaster, way too small to host so many people, if you want to have a quiet and peaceful start of the day.
This is not the case here.

The food from the breakfast was good.

It’s a bit of a walk to the Marina from this hotel or a bus ride into town. The hotel itself is quite nice. Good size rooms and bathrooms. I was very happy to see a magnifying mirror in a spot where I could see into it ! The shower was good but over the bath. There was a fridge and safe but no tea/ coffee making facilities. The windows opened which was nice.|Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Looks like they needed more staff. Choices were good.

Hemos estado 3 noches y lo único destacable es la ubicación. Fuimos un grupo numeroso con niños de 6 a 14 años y con pensión completa. Fue un desastre. La comida escasa y mala. Solo se salvaba el desayuno. No podíamos elegir menú (teníamos buffet y nos dieron menú de un primero y un segundo), sin tener en cuenta alergias, intolerancias o dietas (vegetarianos, veganos, carne de cerdo) y sin tener en cuenta las edades de los huéspedes. El trato en el comedor tampoco fue muy amable , teniendo horario para comer y cenar se debía esperar a que el salón estubiese lleno para poder comer, sin tener en cuenta las necesidades de los huéspedes ( habiendo un niño malo hicieron esperar a la madre para poder darle la cena, menores de 3 años siendo los últimos en atender...). La mayoría del grupo opto comer y cenar fuera (aún teniéndolo pagado). La verdad es que siendo un 4 estrellas el servicio dado ha sido muy pésimo.

It was more 3,5 stars and far away of a 4 stars hotel. No sauna, no pool, no coffee or water in the room, quite old furniture. Great cleaning service and reception ladies were also kind and helpful.
There is a bus station nearby and you need than round about 30min to tithe city center or similar in the other way to the beach. It is a good location only for going to the science museum area but otherwise not really. So next time we will take another hotel more in the city centre or near the beach. This way you don’t loose a lot of time for seeing the attractions.

Hotel muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor, a tiro de piedra de la ciudad de las artes y muy bien comunicado con el centro. En cinco minutos estás en el centro comercial Aqua. Varias líneas de autobús que te llevarán a en menos de 20 minutos a cualquier sitio. |Habitación muy bien amueblada. Con mini bar y caja de seguridad gratuita. El milibar es de pago y algo caro, pero te servirá para enfriar tus botellitas de agua.|Desayuno bufet, impresionante y de calidad. |Parking disponible en los bajos del hotel

The hotel was fine, the rooms were clean and the service desk was helpful. The biggest issue we had was the lack of effective working AC in May 2024. The rooms were uncomfortably hot to sleep as a result of this and we could hardly wait for the morning light so as to get out from the room. Other than the non working AC, we did not find any other issues with the room or the hotel.

Servicio MARAVILLOSO.
En concreto, destacar la atención, amabilidad, y humanidad de *Elisabeth* en el desayuno. Un 10.
Tengo una alergia importante y estuvo pendiente en todo momento , haciendo que no tuviese que preocuparme tanto por ello (como pasa en otros hoteles) y ofreciéndome alternativas.

Da gusto dar con una persona tan amable y servicial. Sin duda volveremos y esperamos volver a coincidir.

También destacar la buena atención del resto de personal con el que nos cruzamos o tuvimos contacto.

Hotel has an excellent strategic location, and the rooms are indeed clean and spacious. Breakfast was up to the standard.
But the staff is borderline clueless - during my check in, they gave my passport to another random person, and thankfully I managed to notice in time and stop other guest from leaving with my passport, which would lead to all other sorts of problems - in my book that's inexcusable.
There are no other amenities, the lobby is basic, there's no gym nor anything else worth mentioning.
Staff needs to be trained better with sensitive documents.
