I recently had the chance to visit a friend in Cheyenne and decided to drop in for a roll at ATI, the gym he trains at. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the people were fantastic to roll with. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear that the gym fosters a culture of learning and mutual respect.

I had the pleasure of rolling with a great group—Eric, Greg, Jason, and Coach Janell. Each of them brought their own unique style and expertise to the mat, making the experience both fun and educational. Coach Janell, in particular, was awesome. Not only is she a skilled practitioner, but she also has a great way of breaking things down and making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported, no matter their skill level.

Overall, ATI has a great environment for training—positive, focused, and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Cheyenne area!

The atmosphere in the gym is unlike any other. You come for a workout but make friends along the way. It’s a great place to learn boxing/jiujitsu skills, all while building confidence in yourself. The instructors are amazing and give one on one guidance and teaching, in a group setting. The members give support and encouragement, no matter their level. If you’re looking for a gym that has a family vibe to it, Arena is the place to go!
