First, they never returned a call from verification process from my husband's auto accident. I followed up 7 days later via phone. They provided false information and when I asked for the contact information of the insurance company rep (as they stated they could provide), the office manager stated, "you need to go somewhere else", repeatedly. VERY rude and disrespectful. Never again.

I And My Family Have Been Using Central Florida Imaging For Years! The Alway Have Provided Professional Caring Medical Services Wether It Is Be A CT, MRI, X-rays Or Ultrasound! Always Nice Friendly And Fair On Cost! Much More Cost Saving That The Hospital’s Charge $5,000 - $7,000 For A MRI And With My Medicare I Paid $200 Total For 2 MRI’s Today!

I want to say the whole staff was super friendly and they are pretty quick. I was there with a hangry husband and they were great. As for the low reviews...I just don't understand. I saw 1 not happy with billing or not happy with 1 employee. So why give 1 star? Was the service bad too? Nothing was written about that. Had I googled before scheduling there, we wouldn't have went there and that would have been a mistake. They are great. I have been there and now my husband and we both agree.

Avoid this place. They charged me a deductible when they shouldnt have, then refused to return the funds weeks after the claim was processed. I'm still waiting on the return of my money and Pam's(their billing person) avoiding my calls. There's multiple reviews about how Pam's extremely rude and unprofessional going back a year or two. If Pam had been reasonable I would have scheduled 2 more appointments. Instead I'm going elsewhere and this practice is losing out on the revenue over $30.

If I hadnt caught the error I dont believe that I would have ever received notification of my overpayment. Shady business practice and rude staff make this establishment not worthy of your patronage.
