The best quality coach you will find in the area, whether you are a beginner or seasoned. Coach Victor is a class act in how he coaches, runs his business, and as a person. He is the only person I would ever train with until he stops coaching and I would trust him to train my child if and when I have one.
I started as a beginner, no experience, and I chose Muay Thai. We dabble in self defense as well. I take private lessons and Coach Victor is patient and knowledgeable.. I ask a lot of questions. I always leave in high spirits!
I shopped around when I was looking into different gyms. World class difference in the way Victor approaches his clients than the other gyms.

After trying out many different MMA clubs, True Strength MMA is hand down the best one. Coach Victor and his team really care about the students and they plan their lessons very well. The Muay Thai classes are offered several times a week and what I really like about them is that the lessons are different each time, focusing on conditioning and variations of fighting techniques. I really enjoy their classes.

Please believe the hype, True Strength is amazing! I've tried other gyms for Kickboxing, but they don't compare. Victor is very knowledgeable and patient! The gym is the perfect size. As a woman, I feel comfortable and safe. Not to mention, great location!

This is a great gym if you are trying to get your fitness back or if you want to learn a new skill. Coach Victor is so patient, knowledgeable, and all-around great person. He makes you feel welcome and he is always there to help in any way possible. Good facilities and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend this gym.

True Strength is a gem of a gym, couldn't be happier to have found it! My boys have been training there a couple years now and Victor has been incredible in shaping them. They've learned discipline, respect, confidence and how to push themselves past their comfort zones. Rare things to find in a gym!

This place is such a hidden gem! Friends and I discovered it through Groupon, and I can't recommend it enough. Victor is an incredible instructor (kind, informative, patient, and pushes you to your limit). If you're looking for a way to improve your boxing or just an amazing workout, definitely check them out! My ONLY complaint is that it's not closer to my house ?

The best MMA gym I have ever been to! It is very affordable and offers a great environment for people of all ages. You will always feel welcomed, comfortable and supported in your fitness path.
The instructor Victor Torres is very student oriented, and his way of teaching surpassed my expectations. He is ALWAYS happy to teach and has a lot of charisma. He is also bilingual (Spanish/English) which is a plus.

I highly recommend this place, The staff is very knowledgeable, they work with several skill levels you can be a beginner like I was and will learn a ton. I been to several other gyms but True Strength is by far my favorite. The staff keep the workouts interesting, they don't try to lock you in some crazy contracts like ATT, Octopus. If you are looking to learn a new skill or just to want loose some weight this place is a must try.
