Coach Alex is one of the best trainers there is. I have been boxing there for about 3 years. She has helped me shave off time on my mile and she has helped me lose a lot of weight. I think this is the best boxing place in the area by far.

So, I started this gym to become something of a better boxer. That's was a easy job since I have no boxing experience. But what I didn't expect Is the great attitude from everyone in the gym.
