I've been to quite a few boxing gyms/clubs all over the country and I can say this is one of my favorites. The level of coaching is FAR above average, with a couple former professional boxers as coach's and good amateur boxers around. The coaching style helps you understand why you're doing what your doing, and you will learn how to improve your skills even outside the gym.

Unlike some other boxing gyms I've been to, this is a very healthy, functional, and non-intimidating environment to learn for all types of people. If you've never boxed before, or you're extremely out of shape, they will welcome you with open arms in a very safe environment. They will help you grow, no matter where your starting point is.

Lastly, it's VERY difficult to find this level of quality for the cost. To get this level of training, you'll usually have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month. The prices are more than reasonable, and options for private boxing lessons for more 1 on 1 work. If you want get serious about competing and traveling, they have a competitive team as well! They will help you accomplish those goals whole heartedly.

Whether you're a seasoned boxer looking for a new gym, someone who has never thrown a punch before, or out of shape and think it would be a cool way to get in shape while learning real boxing technique, this is the best option in the Fort Collins area by a long shot. If you're on the fence, give it shot! You won't regret it.

Where do I begin, this gym has helped me overcome some deep obstacles I have going in my life. I believe it would help a lot of others out like it has myself. It has lowered my stress, it has given me more confidence, it has given me a safe space to release my frustrations and leave feeling stronger, happy, confident and empowered! They want to help the community and I see that in them! The coaches are amazing!! Prices are way more than fair!! I would recommend you come and check it out for yourselves, but don’t be surprised if you leave wanting to come back the next day!! That’s how great you feel afterwards!! 100% recommend!!

This place is a real gem in Fort Collins. An amazing boxing gym. Very friendly for beginners or advanced boxers, and people of all backgrounds. Shane and the other coaches are excellent and highly knowledgeable, and will teach you want you need to know in the way that you learn best. If you're interested in learning boxing, or improving your technique to become the best, definitely give this gym a shot.
