As the proud cleaning company for AMT Muay Thai Gym, we at T&IL Cleaning Services LLC., take great care in keeping the gym in top shape every week! Every Monday, we make sure to thoroughly disinfect and clean all the bathrooms, floors, carpets, hardwood, mats—everything! We clean the entire entrance and lobby area where parents wait, and the locker rooms get our full attention as well. The mats are always sanitized and spotless, ready for safe training.

We can confidently say that AMT is a 100% safe and clean environment, perfect for practicing Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, making health and safety a top priority.

Oh, and we can’t forget to mention—we absolutely love their dogs! They’re the cutest and always brighten our day.

My 3 kids had the blessing to find this gym a year ago, coaches are kind, respectful, supportive and most of all, they are mentors! The gym splits in 2, “red area” striking and “black area” bjj, every time I saw the doggies they are on the striking area, and truly as a dog lover I’ve never ever seen these furry friends bothering any of the kids, in fact, the kids love them, pet them and take care of them. This is a pet friendly place and as soon as you get in you can tell so if you don’t like pets I feel won’t be a good fit for you. The “aggressive/massive pit bull” is a sweet boy, he will just walk around and be with the kids as a supportive dog which in fact many studies proved that they can be more effective to motivate kids than the parents who sometimes will sit there and without paying attention to their kids while training.
The bathrooms are always clean, they have notes for the kids in order to keep them clean as well, the floors are clean, people sweat yes but is a gym, and gets disinfected properly. I’ve belong to CrossFit where pets and customers kids are around and everyone trains as usual, is just a big family, AMT do same here. The bjj area is always clean, they have a little vendors table with great products too, benches are clean, mat is clean but most importantly kids are safe and they are having fun with these great coaches which btw use the last 5 minutes of class to make the kids play or even talk about bullies and how to defense themselves or the little ones. I have no more than kind words for this gym.

This gym is fantastic. The staff is caring and supportive. It is a shame that someone is writing and having non members write negative reviews, esp about a small business that has maintained a great reputation. The cost of the gym is lower than it's competitors and cleaner than any gym that I have previously attended. I have witnessed the mats being sanitized multiple times per day and I attend several days/evenings per week. Every member has the option to wear boxing shoes (that are solely for the gym), socks, or go bare foot. They even provide a hygiene standard in the initial packet and there are shoes by the bathrooms for members to wear as to not transfer germs to mats. Most of the times the dogs are behind the desk or asleep. Haven't had any issues with them.

If you’re someone just looking for community, friends or a good exercise, you have also come to the right place.

It’s very rare to find a place that does so many things perfectly. I’m so happy I found this gem. I’m really grateful for the lessons the coaches have given me, and I look forward to where I can take my striking journey with them.

My son and I both train here. This place has an amazing atmosphere with the best coaching staff. Everyone is so friendly and inviting aswell a clean and well put together gym. We both love come here it is the highlight of our week. You get a great work out and so much knowledge I can not recommend AMT enough. If your going to train this is the place to do it.

Great gym, attentive coaches, supportive and welcoming atmosphere. My kids (4 & 6) attend the youth BJJ classes, and the place is kept very clean, we literally have to wait for the mats to dry from just being cleaned if we arrive early, the coaches are wonderful and great with the kids. Yes, there are dogs in the gym, they are well behaved and will leave you alone.
