Team Quality Boxing Academy is a very welcoming, clean, and professional gym to bring your kids! The coaches really dedicate their time to push them to their full potential.

My son loves this gym. He has been coming here for some time and I’ve seen him get motivated. The coches are extremely professional and motivational to the kids. I would recommend it to parents who are looking for a safe space for there kids to learn a sport like boxing.

If you are a beginning boxer or an experienced one this is the place for you! The owner is extremely professional and welcoming to boxers of all experience levels. Also, the workouts here don't compare to any workout you've done before. I easily burned over 2,000 (yep you read that right) TWO THOUSAND calories in only 2 hours. Yes, a whole day's worth of calories in a couple hours. So, whether you are looking to learn a new sport or just get in better shape for summer know that this is where you need to be and where you will see the most results. I cannot stress this enough, once you try this you will be hooked like I am. Just come out and give it a try and you will see why they chose the name Team Quality...because they really care about you as an individual and not just another number. I couldn't be more thankful for the staff there and I will continue to recommend this spot to any and everyone I know!
