Excellent gym! Atmosphere is amazing, people are wonderful and inviting. Coach is extremely knowledgeable and makes classes fun. I've been going for two months now and so far not one class has been the same, it's always something different and makes class fun and keeps you on your toes. Hell of a workout. Although this is my first time actually boxing, I've been around it my whole life and the instruction here is top notch. Prices are very reasonable and a great value. You won't be disappointed.

Great place, coaches/instructors are knowledgeable, skillful & patient always a good environment well kept up and clean would definitely recommend! I have personally lost 50lbs from the intensity of the work out over the course of 9 months from starting at 230 lbs to current 180lbs, my kids love it has helped them build confidence & discipline. my wife has lost over 20lbs in 6-7 months you will get out of it what you put into it! The opportunity is there.

Awesome coach & great atmosphere. Always dedicated to his students. High recommend. I’ve dealt with a lot of youth coaches with my kids & coach Manuel is by far the best. I love the way he motivates his students & pushes them to be the best they can be. Much respect ✊

Boxfit provides its’ students with a structured environment. There’s guidance from Coach Sanchez and even the students. It accommodates different age groups from youth to adult classes. Personally I enjoyed the intensity of the work outs and improving my technique. Great for those who are new to the sport and want to develop the skill. It’s also an amazing work out for the fitness enthusiasts. Sanchez teaches with purpose, the classes bring knowledge and excitement. I’ll continue to miss the Boxfit and hope to find something similar in my area. -Diana O.

Boxfit has not only changed the life of my child as in discipline, confidence, and so much more. We soon joined as in me and my husband. If you want fast, high intensity,strength, Fun workouts But mostly to lose some weight, this is the place. Coach is a compassionate person with a kick of hard discipline that gets you where you want and need to be. We as a family really enjoy our time at Okeechobee boxfit, great people great place I call frienmily and OUR place we call peace. We bring our weekly frustrations here get it out and feel refresh to start a new week of challenges. Me and the hubby call it OUR therapy sessions. If your not at Boxfit I hate to say….. your truly missing OUT!!!!!! Hope to have NEW people to CALL frienmily!!!
Oh and his Wife Coach T is a true Showcase of what Boxfit has and can do for anyone who wants to fight stubborn fat. I call true perfection.❤️?

Awesome training, great coach. I have lost over 30 lbs. In over 8 month span. And the benefit of learning how to really fight is a plus. I recommend it to anyone.
